How to be a Morning Person?


Good Evening Everyone I made it to the end of the day I am here posting this blog because mornings for me are made to sleep, but took me a while to become a morning person, but one thing I noticed that called my attention that keeps me up 5:30am every single day…. is that really sucks! That is right, it sucks to be up 5:30 am is too early.  The real question is what you missing if you go to bed early? It is maybe the time you go to bed. Most people complaint of waking up but we never complain about going to bed early, right? The great news is there a solution on the way, a common ground to be up running every morning on your workweek.

I used to be excited for so many things when I was a child… great times… but was never excited to go to school and wake up so early. It was always a drag! Here my common tips to practice daily basis.

Prepare: Before going to bed a night before I prepare everything beforehand my outfit, shoes, my purse, and make sure I won’t forget anything. Program my coffee machine which saves me a bunch of time.

Going to Bed in the right time: I mean right time! Not 11pm, midnight, 1am. Having my holy 8 hours of sleep is a must. I know the best time will be average 7 hrs everyone’s bodies are different. I do hit 6-8 hours weekly average according to my fit bit. The stress can affect your nights of sleep, also the alcohol so keeps in balance and in check with all those.

Get up:  Alarm Clock shouts on your room, and what you do? Snooze it! Wrong, get your ass out of the bed! Once you listen – Get the Hell Up! Sometimes accidentally it won’t wake you up again! Believe, it has happened to me. I learned in a hard way.

Move: Make your bed get active and get the mojo going.

Get Set: Get your fresh Coffee !!!! Jump in the Shower, Set your makeup and wear your set up outfit. Done! Ready to walk out of the door feeling brand new and ready to smash!

I am sure by the time you nail all this you will feel so awake and so good that you will take your morning to another level.

I remember when I changed jobs schedules and it was hard to go work from 1pm-6pm to 7am to 3pm. It was a lot of difference. Plus last year I had to stay 3 months away from work due to immigration paperwork and this year I had 2 months away from work due to a surgery. Your body needs to catch up on and off. It can make a mess!

I know is not always easy to wake up and feel energized enough to deal with all what is going to happen during the day. It is all about routine. Also the happiness of your home, environment, and work satisfaction. I know is not always perfect. Try to look to the beautiful things you still can reap the benefits and then you will feel relief and balanced.

I hate mornings too, and that is not a secret potion to change that but if you put the effort and the mental work and make the morning more enjoyable you will have better mornings, better Mondays, and better days.




No Inspiration For A Long Time

Hi, Everyone!




It’s been such long time not keeping up with my blog. I am super away recovering from the surgery, still on my 11-week post op PT sessions and soon I am going to see my doctor for my 3rd post op appointment. The doctor will update me on everything. I am still working hard, and back at work, focus, my mind gets fried by Fridays I am completely exhausted, this past weekend I just felt like sleeping, it was crazy. All day clicking buttons is not an easy task, is more a challenge, than ever. I get home and I am literally ready to chill and sometimes to just catch on my sleep.
Forget about this boring work talking and let me share the greatest thing I want to share with you all.  I am so excited to announce my new goals for 2017 which I am studying hard in Digital Media Marketing and intend to scale my skills not to up high, but with the intent to get there. Work is stressful, and if your job is not please recommend me because I can sign a deal today.
I am spinning my brain into digital marketing topics, learning, absorbing. What is very cool about the process is that I just can absorb all but is hard to put all in writing, I am just taking baby steps, it similar to learning a language process. Takes time to read, speak, understand and master writing, right? The most exciting of learning everything is that I am very passionate for that, and without passion is tough to make work and succeed. I am very grateful for my current job that actually leads me to discover what I enjoy doing. I know things are not that easy but I think is very important to find one single glimpse of light somewhere, way hard to spot on and be thankful for… heck! if you think int he brighter side things could be way worst!

I am so excited with my new toy which is a brand new Mac computer where I can do all sorts of work on it and easy and fast, super excited and which makes me work more than I used to on a Chromebook – Super Happy! While I was working I was writing my first digital media tip ever, which is….. Blogging! I know I have been not blogging much, but my brain cannot share in two that quick!

I feel so in debt with my readers, OMG! I am taking so many classes that get a point my mind blows away and I don’t have time for a workout and meet my friends Eventually, all this will be balanced. Work and Study is a challenging task but sets you off in the future.

Blogging for me It was always something to share, now things seem so peaceful and so grateful… better whisper before things change.  Funny I am saying this, I just created a new blog just for my digital media marketing and hope I get great supporters and great people interested to learn, and to share.

Greetings from My Apartment


Last week I have the privilege to be off for a week and altogether I get a free holiday with the whole package. How graceful life is!

I don’t have time to travel as it means I don’t have the money to take a week off in the beach which I die to go… I would give anything to a dive in on a natural salt water. Well, unfortunately, one more time of my life the travel will continue to be postponed. I have decided to stay in and take care of the things I need to my boss gave me few hours to organize her closet, and her kitchen pantry and fridge as I am a lover organizer, I accept and got done all in a day. The rest of the week was entirely mine and only mine.

Do I staycation doing what for 10 days?

  • Started off watching Brazil loses at soccer, losers!
  • I woke up early Monday morning knocking organizations doors for help with my immigration paperwork since I cannot afford an attorney; also I knocked on dentist programs for low-income people to see if they can fix a filling that has fell from my tooth. Immigration took all day, but I got it! Praise the Lord! Dentist no luck! Nothing is free, believe me! Poor people suffer!
  • I watched TV by literally camping in my living room since my great friend had given me a couch and 4 months later she asked back and came over and picked up. Creepy stuff… But I was wondering it has been a long time not camping….great time for some downtime on the floor and fixed on Hallmark channel my favorite movies that never happens in a real life but all ends happily!
  • Went to store shopping for a 4th July shirt and make sure I could be in the same spirit as my fellow proud Americans;
  • Beginning of the month what we do as always? Pay Rent and Bills;
  • My camping time was too long, and bought a sofa to pay in 100 times with high interest (Just kidding, but it is a high interest), to be delivered only after 4th L that means more camping.
  • Went to Costco and bought a box of 12 boxes of coconut water and went to the pool to feel like having a coconut water by the pool just to feel is the beach.
  • Struggle to write on a blog, since I didn’t have much to say just old same.
  • Went Country Dancing Friday Night and did all source of flips and twists super fun!!!! I love to dance for 4 hours and get soak and wet of sweat, next day I couldn’t even get up I stay in bed all day; with a broken body. I am fitted and I do exercise, but it was 4 hours of aerobics….
  • Happy 4th everyone! Stopped by a friends house and have couple drinks and be social for a bit is harmless! Great time, not fireworks for me… not sure If I was a ready to see a super crowd with a super traffic. Back home and I was thinking again, but my body once it dropped on my camping floor I couldn’t face the fact I wouldn’t not able to survive again.
  • Read my books before night time and complaint about staycation is over.

All I can say in this Staycation I did what I could, and I still had my time the way it meant to be. I would do better, but I don’t know how to swim so I don’t enjoy much the lake or river so I did well staying in and relaxing and keeping low key next time will see what happens will be int he end of the year but I hope to be working somewhere else so I can get full vacation paid. It is hard to do something without Vacation paid! 😦

Coming back to work is wasn’t bad, I was really looking forward to because I need to get my needs met and work is my motivation, glad my  boss is happy with my whole organization, and the little girl is so in love to see me again. I had a great workout at the gym, and my body is recovered. Now is time to get started again.
